* Base pricing applies to single residences up to approximately 4,000 sq. ft. For larger estates or multiple structures, custom pricing is available.

Pre-Arrival Home Preparation

Walk in to a home that's ready for you.

Arriving at your Prescott or Sedona property should feel like a welcome, not a chore. We prepare your home before you arrive so everything is comfortable, stocked, and ready the moment you walk through the door.

* Groceries, firewood, flowers, outside vendors, and other purchases are additional at actual cost.

Property Care & Vendor Coordination

We handle the contractors so you don't have to.

Coordinating repairs and maintenance from a distance is stressful. We act as your on-the-ground representative — scheduling vendors, providing access, overseeing work, and keeping you informed every step of the way.

* Sedona on-site coordination: $175 minimum (includes trip and first hour on site), then $75/hour.

As an animal lover herself, Dani provides professional pet care with the added benefit of full home oversight during every visit. This is personal, attentive care — not an app-based drop-in.

* Holiday rates apply on major holidays. Additional pets are $10/day extra.
